Streaks or daily goals
Streaks count days when you meet your daily goal (tasks completed or focus hours, depending on your setting). If a streak looks wrong, check your goal mode in settings and that your focus sessions were recorded. Guest mode does not sync streaks to the cloud.

Study groups
Groups use a 6-character join code. You need a signed-in account (guest mode cannot use groups). The desk shows live focus status and rankings—not chat. If others look offline, check internet connection and wait a moment for presence to refresh.

Sync issues
If tasks or focus history do not appear on another device, confirm you are signed in with the same account on both devices and have an internet connection. Sign out and back in only if needed. If problems continue, email us with both devices’ iOS versions.

Live Activity issues
Live Activity requires a supported iPhone and iOS version. Check that FocusFlow has permission for Live Activities in Settings. If the timer looks stuck, force-quit and reopen the app, then start a new session. Live Activity reflects the app’s current timer state—it is not a separate service.

Deleting app data
Removing the app from your device deletes local data stored only on that device. Cloud data tied to a signed-in account may remain until you request deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Account and sign-in
Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication (email and password). Use “Forgot password” in the app if available, or contact us if you cannot access your account. We cannot see your password.

We welcome suggestions and bug reports. Tell us what you expected, what happened, and steps to reproduce. We read every message but may not reply to every suggestion.
