Gizlilik Politikası

FocusFlow; odaklanma oturumları, görevler ve ilerleme takibi sunan bir üretkenlik uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, hangi bilgilerin saklanabileceğini ve nasıl kullanıldığını açıklar.

Özet: FocusFlow’da reklam yoktur. Üçüncü taraf analitik veya reklam izleyicisi kullanılmaz. Kişisel verileriniz satılmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

Genel bakış

FocusFlow, kullanıcı gizliliğine saygı duymayı temel ilke olarak benimser. Bu politika, hangi verilerin toplandığını, neden toplandığını ve nasıl kullanıldığını açıklar.

Toplanan veriler

FocusFlow, çalışması için gerekli olan verileri toplar. Kullanımınıza bağlı olarak şunlar saklanabilir:

Ayarlar — Zamanlayıcı süreleri, sesler ve görüntüleme tercihleri
İlerleme ve istatistikler — FocusFlow içinde gösterilen özet veriler
Grup / oda bilgileri — Katıldığınız grup oturumlarındaki durum (çalışıyor, mola, boşta)
Misafir modu verileri — Yalnızca oturum süresince tutulur; hesaba bağlanmaz

Yerel depolama

Verilerinizin önemli bir kısmı, FocusFlow’un hızlı ve çevrimdışı çalışması için cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Yalnızca cihazda kalan veriler, FocusFlow’u cihazınızdan kaldırmanızla birlikte silinir (bulut senkronizasyonu kullanıyorsanız hesap verileri için aşağıdaki bölümlere bakın).

Veriler nasıl kullanılır?

Toplanan veriler yalnızca şu amaçlarla kullanılır:

Hesabınıza güvenli erişim sağlamak
Görev ve pomodoro geçmişinizi senkronize etmek
Grup odalarında gerçek zamanlı durum paylaşımı
FocusFlow içindeki istatistiklerinizi göstermek
Live Activity ve bildirimlerde güncel zamanlayıcı durumunu göstermek

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Hesap açtığınızda FocusFlow, kimlik doğrulama ve veri senkronizasyonu için Google Firebase kullanır:

Firebase Authentication — Kimlik doğrulama
Firebase Realtime Database — Veri depolama ve senkronizasyon

FocusFlow’da Google Analytics, reklam ağları veya başka herhangi bir üçüncü taraf izleme aracı kullanılmaz.

Hesap oluşturmadan kullanırsanız bulut senkronizasyonu devreye girmez.

Live Activity ve bildirimler

Desteklenen Apple cihazlarda, FocusFlow mevcut zamanlayıcı durumunuzu Live Activity (Kilit Ekranı / Dynamic Island) ve yerel bildirimler aracılığıyla gösterebilir. Bu özellikler yalnızca zamanlayıcı durumunu yansıtır; pazarlama veya reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.

Veri güvenliği

Verileriniz, mobil uygulamalarda yaygın olan platform ve Firebase güvenlik önlemleriyle korunur. Şifreler Firebase Authentication üzerinden işlenir; düz metin olarak saklanmaz. Hiçbir iletim veya depolama yöntemi tamamen risksiz değildir; mutlak güvenlik garanti edilemez.

Çocukların gizliliği

FocusFlow, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.

Hesap silme ve verilerinize erişim

Hesabınızı ve ilişkili verilerinizi silmek için FocusFlow’daki hesap ayarlarından talep edebilir veya focusflow.uy@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Yerel verileri silmek için FocusFlow’u cihazınızdan kaldırmanız yeterlidir.

Politika değişiklikleri

Bu gizlilik politikasında yapılacak önemli değişiklikler FocusFlow içinde veya bu sayfada bildirilebilir. Güncel politikaya her zaman bu sayfadan ulaşabilirsiniz.

FocusFlow is a productivity app for focus sessions, tasks, and progress tracking. This policy describes what information may be stored and how it is used.

Summary: FocusFlow has no advertisements, no third-party analytics or ad trackers, and does not sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes.

Overview

FocusFlow is committed to respecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used.

Collected data

FocusFlow collects data necessary to function. Depending on how you use it, the following may be stored:

Email address and password — For account creation and sign-in (Firebase Authentication)
Tasks and categories — Tasks you create and how you organize them
Pomodoro and focus history — Session lengths, pomodoro counts, and focus durations
Settings — Timer durations, sounds, and display preferences
Progress and statistics — Summaries of your focus activity shown in FocusFlow
Group / room information — Your status in group sessions (working, break, idle)
Guest mode data — Held only for the duration of the session; not linked to an account

Local storage

Much of your data is stored locally on your device so FocusFlow works quickly and offline. Data kept only on your device is removed when you delete FocusFlow (unless you also use cloud sync, described below).

How your data is used

Collected data is used solely for:

Providing secure access to your account
Syncing your tasks and pomodoro history
Real-time status sharing in group rooms
Displaying in-app statistics
Showing current timer state in Live Activity and notifications

Third-party services

If you create an account, FocusFlow uses Google Firebase for authentication and data sync:

FocusFlow does not use Google Analytics, ad networks, or any other third-party tracking tools.

If you use FocusFlow without signing in, cloud sync does not apply.

Live Activity and notifications

On supported Apple devices, FocusFlow may show your current timer through Live Activity (Lock Screen / Dynamic Island) and local notifications. These features reflect timer state only; they are not used for marketing or advertising.

Data security

Your data is protected using standard platform and Firebase security measures. Passwords are handled through Firebase Authentication and are not stored in plain text. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children’s privacy

FocusFlow is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Account deletion and data access

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through account settings in FocusFlow or by emailing focusflow.uy@gmail.com. Removing FocusFlow from your device deletes local data.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes may be communicated in FocusFlow or on this page. The current policy is always available here.
